Frequently Asked Questions

 

How do I reserve a date for the photo booth?

Just call! Of course we need to verify the date is open and we must receive a $200 deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be received 2 weeks before the event date.

What happens if I have to cancel?

If you cancel 60 days prior to the event you will receive $100 or 1/2 of the deposit back. If we are able to book another event on that day we will be happy to return the remaining $100.

What if I want extra prints?

We offer a cd of all photos for $14, you can print as many as you like from the cd or if you like we can print additional photos just call or email us for pricing.

Can I see my photos online?

Yes with the User ID and Password provided to the event host for your event you can view your gallery for at least 14 days.

Can you do overnight events?

Yes we can, the minimum for overnight events is 6 hours.

What do I have to provide?

Nothing (except the payment of course), we will bring props, and everything to provide a great photo booth experience! There are a few conditions you have to verify at the event location - these are all covered in the Rental Agreement.

Do you offer specials for Not for Profit group fundraiser's?

You bet we do, we will work with you to help raise funds for your event!
